Our work can be as small as retrofitting a house, to make it both beautiful and sustainable, or creating new neighbourhoods, through land promotion and our expert knowledge of the planning system.

Why
The built environment can have a huge impact on the quality of lives and wellbeing. We are driven by a desire to create beautiful, sustainable homes and buildings that enrich the lives of those that live in them, whilst minimising the environmental impact of all that we do.
Where
We are active in Kent, Surrey, Sussex and South London.
We like coastal towns and villages, where properties can often benefit from creative reimagining and we like urban town centres.
Many properties and much land in town centres can benefit from repurposing and regeneration.
Work
All levels of property opportunity interest us, as long as we can make a positive difference. We have been involved in single unit refurbishment and new build, and at the other end of the scale, the promotion of land for individual schemes of 100+ units.
Our professional team have a great track record for securing planning permissions and designing beautiful, sustainable homes.
We use leading edge technology to help us identify land and buildings to be enhanced and to improve the surrounding environment.
